The Emerald Fund’s infill projects are concentrated in San Francisco and most include both housing and retail space. At 530 Chestnut Street in the North Beach neighborhood, a former brewery that was vacant for over 20 years has been transformed into 82 residential units. Emerald Fund has developed a mixed-use project at Fulton and Masonic Streets. The site of an existing grocery store with surface parking, the project will include a new grocery store and three additional stores, with underground parking, and 133 mid-range condominium units. The Emerald Fund also has a 278-unit mixed-income apartment project under construction at 1045 Mission Street.
